DAVID BICKERTON is General Manager-Project Execution for OceanaGold Corporation, in Melbourne, Australia. David's background and qualifications are primarily in Project Management, with various roles in construction management, project controls management, and project planning, all within the mining industry. David has held his current position since 2012. After successfully Project Managing the construction of OGC's flagship operation at Didipio in the Philippines during 2011-2013, he went on to complete the ramp up as General Manager-Operations in 2014. David's hands-on experience over 15 years spans various countries including Australia, Papua New Guinea, and the Philippines. With a broad technical knowledge, his true expertise lies in the management of construction and mining teams, particularly those in developing countries, under challenging conditions.

MARTYN CREANEY is currently a project advisor to the Oceanagold Corporation of Melbourne, Australia, and was previously the Project Director for the Didipio Gold Project in the Philippines from 2010 to 2013. Mr Creaney is a Civil Engineer with over 40 years of construction and project management experience primarily in the mining industry. He has been actively involved in the development of projects in Australia, Asia, South Africa, as well as North and South America, including 25 years with Placer Dome where from 2000-2006 he was the Vice President of Design and Construction overseeing the design and construction activities for the company. Mr Creaney holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Civil Engineering) from the University of British Columbia, Canada.
