JOHN R. REYNOLDS is a Vice President and Managing General Counsel for the Fluor Corporation, with lead responsibility for Infrastructure, Mining, Industrial Services, Global Services (AMECO and TRS), Construction and Fabrication, and Procurement areas of the company. John also has the responsibility for Enterprise Risk Management and managing the Law Department in the Greenville office. With over 30 years of experience with Fluor, John has supported and worked with all of the business groups. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a BS in Commerce and Business Administration, a Juris Doctor, and a Masters of Business Administration, a member of the Alabama and South Carolina State Bars, and a member of International Association of Defense Counsel.
