Ohio Society membership overwhelmingly approves bylaws revisions.

In a summer member ballot, The Ohio Society of CPAs' membership overwhelmingly approved adopting recommended revisions to The Ohio Society's bylaws. The revisions included a comprehensive update of the bylaws to account for advances in technology, changes in the profession's ethics enforcement program and changes in Ohio law.

Ninety-four percent of the members returning ballots voted to adopt the revisions in their entirety.
