Ohio Supreme Court dismisses Tax Repeal suit.

The Ohio Supreme Court unanimously dismissed a lawsuit brought by Citizens for Tax Repeal. The suit was an attempt to force Secretary of State Kenneth Blackwell to accept the group's petitions, and therefore initiate a repeal of the one-cent sales tax increase enacted by the General Assembly in 2003.
