Typical D&O questionnaires require you to wait for the survey to arrive in the mail, wade through long, paper documents and handwrite a formidable number of answers, and then mail it back. In contrast, the D&O Questionnaire Review is easy to complete. It appears instantly in BoardPortal PLUS when it is published, allowing you to complete it online when you have time, with or without an internet connection.

For a high level of flexibility, you can use whatever device you prefer to complete the D&O Questionnaire Review, including iOS and Android devices, and any other device or desktop using a browser. The questionnaire can also be saved to complete later.

Because it can be completed with or without an inter-net connection, and it is always accessible through a mobile device, it is just as easy to complete the D&O Questionnaire Review in an airplane as at home or the office, allowing you to make the most of your time and never risk forgetting the document.
