On July 22,2014, the Minnesota Chapter hosted a business etiquette seminar at the Bayview Event Center on Lake Minnetonka in Minneapolis.

Liz Taylor of Etiquette Principles discussed email and phone etiquette, hosting business meals, dressing appropriately, and effective ways to mingle and engage at social events. Etiquette is basically common sense, Taylor said, but it is very easy to become complacent and not appreciate the importance of etiquette as a form of professional communication.
