The Section of Antitrust Law is pleased to publish Joint Ventures:

An Antitrust Analysis, a review of antitrust principles applicable to joint

ventures and other competitor collaborations. Joint Ventures reviews

relevant statutory and case law, as well as government guidelines and

enforcement practices to give the antitrust practitioner a valuable

resource for counseling on joint venture issues.

The Section is indebted to the many lawyers who made significant

contributions to the book, particularly the dedicated members of the

Sherman Act Section 1 Committee. Worthy of special mention is Jon G.

Shepherd who served as Editor, for his excellent leadership and diligent

work to see the book through to completion.
