Foreword

FOREWORD
The Section of Antitrust Law of the American Bar Association is
pleased to publish this second edition of Antitrust Law and Economics of
Product Distribution. The sale of products is at the heart of virtually every
aspect of antitrust. Antitrust practitioners must be cognizant of both the
law and economics of product distribution, each of which have evolved
significantly since the first edition was published in 2006.
This edition of the book was prepared by a working group, headed by
James Langenfeld, Quentin Wittrock, and Ted Banks. The Section
appreciates the experience, expertise, and effort of the editors and chapter
authors who contributed to this totally revised edition of Antitrust Law and
Economics of Product Distribution. It is certain to be an extremely helpful
resource to all practitioners who deal with the sale of products.
