FOREWORD
The ABA Antitrust Law Section is pleased to publish the Second
Edition of the Monopolization and Dominance Handbook. The Handbook
addresses the antitrust rules and principles that govern unilateral business
conduct by firms with substantial market positions, referred to in the
United States as the law of monopolization.
The Antitrust Law Section is grateful to the many attorneys and
economists who contributed to the Handbook. We are especially grateful
to Justin Hedge and Dominic Vote, who served as project chairs, and to
chapter leads James Abell, Logan Breed, Derek Moore, Jeffery Prisbrey,
Joshua Soven, Howard Ullman, and Daniel Weick who provided valuable
input and helped prepare the Handbook for publication.
