Five issues expected to appear on fall ballot.

Five statewide issues are expected to appear on the November 2005 ballot, including the Ohio Jobs Package and four constitutional amendments to reform legislative redistricting, campaign finance and election oversight.

Issue 1, the Ohio Jobs Package, includes Gov. Bob Taft's Third Frontier initiative as part of a $2 billion research, development and local infrastructure bond proposal. The Ohio General Assembly recently passed legislation to put the issue before voters.
