Fairlawn company drops from NASDAQ.

CFBank's parent, Fairlawn-based Central Federal Corp., has decided to delist from the NASDAQ.

The company's board approved a 1-500 reverse stock split that will give shareholders one share of Central Federal stock for each 500 shares they own, according to Columbus Business First. Shareholders left with fractions of the company's 2.2 million shares will receive $14.50 per share.
