Epoch Properties announces Lightwood Industrial Park.

Epoch Properties,along withNAI Columbia,announced plans forLightwood Industrial Park, about 100 acres of industrial, manufacturing,warehouseand distribution space close to downtown Columbia.

The venture features a Class A industrial park, which will be located in Richland County between Interstate20 and Farrow Road, according to a news releaseLightwood Industrial Parkhas directaccess from Interstate 20 and is nearCarolina Research ParkandBlue Cross Blue Shield.

"We are excited about working with businesses as they consider investing in the development of a Class Aindustrialpark in Richland County," Jeff Ruble, Richland County economic development director, said in the news release. "The ark will play a key role in creating new jobs and experiences for our citizens in Richland County and further strengthen establishments that have already made that commitment such as, Mark Anthony Brewing, ChinaJushiUSA and Charter NEX Films."

Epoch Properties was attracted to the park's location, principal RichMcKenricksaid in the release.
