Don't slack on the new leave law: DOL is cracking down.

The ink was barely dry on the new federal paid sick-leave law when the DOL announced the first enforcement action. The Families First Coronavirus Response Act took effect in April and three weeks later the U.S. Department of Labor announced it had already secured a settlement in the first lawsuit alleging a violation of the FFCRA.
