Prior to her board service, she held senior executive roles with Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse First Boston and State Street Corporation, both in the United States and the United Kingdom.

American International Group Inc. is an international insurance and financial services company. Revenues are $57 billion.

Leawood, Kan. added to its board

Denise M. Clark

Clark was chief information officer at Estee Lauder from 2012 until her retirement in 2017. She was senior vice president and chief information officer for Hasbro and chief technology officer at Mattel. Clark began her business career at Apple after serving 13 years in the U.S. Navy, specializing in advanced cryptology for the National Security Agency. She serves on the board of United Natural Foods Inc.

Keri Putnam

Putnam is CEO and founder of Putnam Pictures, launched in 2022 to produce films and television. From 2010 to 2021, she was CEO of Sundance Institute, which runs the Sundance Film Festival. She has also served as president of production at Miramax Films and executive vice president of HBO Films.

AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc. is a theatrical exhibition company. Revenues are $4 billion.

Jay Clayton

Senior Policy Advisor & Of Counsel Sullivan & Cromwell LLP New York, N.Y.

Clayton is currently a senior policy advisor and of counsel at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. He served as chairman of the SEC from 2017 to 2020. During his tenure at the SEC, he was a member I of the President's Working Group on Financial Markets, the Financial Stability Board and the International Organization of Securities Commissions. He serves on the board of Apollo Global Management Inc.

American Express provides credit payment card products and travel-related services. Revenues are $50 billion.

Redonda Miller, M.D.

President Johns Hopkins Hospital Baltimore, Md.

Dr. Miller has been president of The Johns Hopkins Hospital since 2016. She previously served as chief medical officer and senior vice president of medical affairs. A practicing internist, she has been an associate professor in the department of medicine at The Johns Hopkins University since 2006. She serves on the boards of Gilchrist Hospice Care Inc. and Turnaround Tuesday Inc.

AmerisourceBergen Corporation distributes pharmaceutical products. Revenues are $239 billion.

Kevin March

March retired in 2017 as senior vice president and CFO of Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI). During his 33-year career at TI, he held numerous roles in finance, operations and business management across corporate and business unit functions. He was instrumental in shaping TI into a focused semiconductor company, including his role in the formation of the company's global analog semiconductor segment.

Applied Materials Inc. supplies equipment and services to the semiconductor industry. Revenues are $25 billion.

New York, N.Y. added to its board

Ellis A. Jones

Vice President The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company Akron, Ohio

Jones has been with The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company for 32 years, currently serving as vice president and chief sustainability officer. Prior to his current role, he was manufacturing director of race tire manufacturing in Akron. He currently serves on the board of TimkenSteel and is a director for several nonprofit organizations.

Arconic provides lightweight metals of aluminum, titanium and nickel. Revenues are $9 billion.

Thomas S. Murphy Jr. joins Berkshire Hathaway board of directors

Berkshire Hathaway Inc. added Thomas S. Murphy Jr. to its board after his father Thomas S. Murphy, the head of Capital Cities/ABC and a long-time friend of Warren Buffett, resigned from the Hathaway board in early 2022. In 2004, Murphy Jr. cofounded Crestview Partners, a value-oriented private equity firm focused on the financial services, media, industrial and energy sectors.

Murphy Jr. is a partner and a member of the investment committee at Crestview Partners. In 2003, he retired from Goldman Sachs, where he was cofounder and head of the financial sponsors group. He helped to originate and manage several of Goldman Sachs' direct private equity and mezzanine capital investments.

Murphy serves as a director of Accuride Corporation and ATC Drivetrain. He is a trustee of New York University, NYU Langone Health and Inner-CityScholarshipFund.-torfrorafPe/j^e/'

San Jose, Calif. added to its board

Alison Wagonfeld

VP, Marketing Google Mountain View, Calif.

Wagonfeld is VP of marketing at Google and the chief marketing officer for Google Cloud. Previously, she was an operating partner at Emergence and an executive director of the Harvard Business School California Research Center. At Intuit, she cofounded the Quicken Loans business.

Bill.com provides cloud-based software that facilitates back-office financial operations. Revenues are $754 million.

Muriel Penicaud, former French official, named a director of Manpower Group

ManpowerGroup announced the appointment of Muriel Penicaud to the company's board. Penicaud held the position of French ambassador to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) from 2020 to 2022. She was responsible for leading the adoption of the program to fight climate change at the OECD.

She brings extensive knowledge of global labor markets and also has deep experience from leadership positions within the global consumer goods industry," said Jonas Prising, ManpowerGroup chairman and CEO. Penicaud was minister of labor in France under President Emmanuel Macron from 2017 to 2020. Previously, she was French ambassador for international investment and also served as CEO of Business France, the national agency supporting the international development of the French economy. Larry Quinlan

Quinlan served as global chief information officer at Deloitte LLP until his retirement in mid-2021. He was responsible for all facets of technology, strategy, cyber and operations, overseeing more than $2 billion and more than 10,000 professionals in 175 countries. He is a member of the boards of ServiceNow and Jones Lang LaSalle.

Booking Holdings provides online travel and related services. Revenues are $16 billion.

BRINK'S INCORPORATED

Richmond, Va. added to its board

Keith R. Wyche

Vice President Walmart Bentonville, Ark.

Wyche is vice president of community engagement and support at Walmart. Prior to joining Walmart, he held leadership roles in operations at Pitney Bowes Inc. and Convergys (now a part of Concentrix Corporation), and served as president at two of SuperValus grocery chains, Cub Foods and Acme Markets.

Brinks Incorporated provides secure transportation, cash management and other security-related services. Revenues are $4 billion.
