Nally is the former chairman of PricewaterhouseCoopers International Ltd. He joined PwC in 1974, became a partner in 1985, retiring in 2016. He served in numerous leadership positions within the U.S. firm, including managing partner.

AmerisourceBergen distributes pharmaceutical products. Revenues are $180 billion.

Troy, Mich. added to its board

Joseph L. Hooley

Hooley is the former non-executive board chairman of State Street Corp. He joined State Street in 1986, and held a number of diverse leadership positions with increasing responsibility. He was appointed president in 2006, and CEO in 2008, retiring the end of 2019.

Aptiv provides electrical, electronic components and safety technology solutions. Revenues are $14 billion.

ASPEN TECHNOLOGY INC.

Dr. Tom Bradicich VP, Head of Edge & IoT Hewlett Packard Enterprises San Jose, Calif.

Bradicich is VP, Hewlett Packard fellow and global head of the Edge 8c IoT Labs and Center of Excellence at Hewlett Packard. He directed the founding of HPE's three global IoT Innovation Labs for partner and customer collaborations, and conceived and led HPE's first corporate IoT strategy.

Aspen is a software provider. Revenues are $603 million.

Hees served as CEO of The Kraft Heinz Company from 2015 until his retirement in mid-2019. Prior to that he was CEO of H.I. Heinz Corp. Previously, he served as CEO of Burger King Worldwide Holdings Inc.

Avis provides vehicle rental services with operations in more than 70 countries. Revenues are $9 billion.

Johri served as EVP and CFO of United Technologies Corporation from 2015 until late 2019. He returned to United Technologies after serving close to two years as CFO for Pall Corporation.

Capital One is a financial holding company. Revenues are $22 billion.

Cisco provides networking and communications products. Revenues are $52 billion.

She served as CEO of Britannia Industries, a food company in India, from 2005 to 2014. Previously, she was head of the Business Strategy practice in the U.S. at the Zyman Group.

Dame Inga Beale

Beale is the first and only female Lloyd's of London CEO. She was appointed Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire in 2016 for her services to the economy. Her career spans time spent at Prudential Assurance Company in London, General Electric's insurance division, Converium, Zurich Insurance Group, and Canopius.

Crawford provides claims management solutions to insurance companies. Revenues are $1 billion.

Former U.S. Energy Secretary Joins Energy Transfer Board

Perry, a two-time U.S. presidential candidate who was Texas governor for more than a decade, was appointed to the board of LE GP LLC, the general partner of Energy Transfer LP. The limited partner--Energy Transfer LP--is publicly traded, while the general partner is closely held, with Warren controlling a majority stake.

In addition to his runs for the presidency and his career as the longest-serving governor of Texas, Perry was the 14th U.S. Secretary of Energy from 2017 to 2019. President Donald Trump nominated him as secretary of energy and he was confirmed by the Senate in 2017.

Perry served as a director at Energy Transfer Partners before stepping down at the end of 2016. Energy Transfer is one of the biggest pipeline operators in the U.S., including the controversial Dakota Access Pipeline, which was protested by Native American groups and others.--Barbara Wenger

Broadcom Inc. Appoints Raul Fernandez to Board

Raul Fernandez, vice chairman and owner of Monumental Sports & Entertainment, was appointed to the board of Broadcom Inc. Monumental is a private partnership which owns Washington D.C.'s WNBA 2019 champion Washington Mystics, NHL's 2018 Stanley Cup champion Washington Capitals, the Washington Wizards, and Wizards District Gaming NBA 2K team. The partnership also owns and operates the Capital One Arena.

Fernandez is a senior adviser and limited partner to General Atlantic Partners, a growth equity firm. He currently serves on the board of directors at GameStop, Urbaneer, AtSite, Inc., and Perfect Sense, Inc. He is an active technology investor in disruptive companies, including Cloud9 eSports, SyncThink, Radius Networks, Sugarfish, Professional Fighters League and Snap+Style Business and a philanthropist focusing his energy primarily on educational reform in the D.C. region.
