He currently serves as chairman of the board of Manitowoc Co., retiring as interim president and CEO in early 2016. Previously he was with Caterpillar Global Mining LLC (formerly Bucyrus International Inc.), A.O. Smith Corp., and Eaton Corp.

Albany International is engaged in textile and materials processing businesses. Revenues are $744 million.

ALLIANCE DATA SYSTEMS CORP. Piano, TX has added to its board

Timothy J. Theriault

He has been an advisor to the CEO of Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc. since 2015. He was EVP and global CIO of Walgreens Boots from 2014 to 2015 and held leadership positions from 2009. He served in executive positions at Northern Trust Corp. from 1991 to 2009. He also is a director of Vitamin Shoppe Inc.

Alliance provides marketing and loyalty solutions. Revenues are $7 billion.

AMGENINC. Thousand Oaks, CA has added to its board

Ellen Kullman

She retired in 2015 after a 27-year career with DuPont Co. She was named chairman and CEO in 2009. She was the first woman to lead the company in its 212-year history.

Amgen is a biotechnology company operating in oncology, cardiovascular, and other areas of medicine. Revenues are $23 billion.

ASCENA RETAIL GROUP INC. Mahwah, NJ has added to its board

Prior to NBC she was EVP and COO of Turner Entertainment Advertising Sales. She was recognized in 2015 by The Hollywood Reporter's "Women in Entertainment: Power 100" for the third year in a row.

Ascena is a specialty retailer of women's clothing, shoes and accessories. Revenues are $7 billion.

AXALTA COATING SYSTEMS LTD. Philadelphia, PA has added to its board

She retired as vice chair and East Central managing partner from Ernst & Young in 2015 after a career of 30-plus years with the firm. She was named as one of the Washingtonian's 150 Most Powerful People in Washington, D.C.

Axalta provides high performance coatings products primarily for the transportation industry. Revenues are $4 billion.

Previously she was president of the regulated industries market unit for SAP U.S. She is a member of the Committee of 200, an organization comprised of some of the world's most successful female entrepreneurs and senior corporate leaders. Also joining the BNY Mellon board is Elizabeth B. Robinson, who retired at the end of2015 from Goldman Sachs. She joined the firm in 1990 and became a partner in 2006.

He retired the end of 2016 as Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance at U.S. Air Force headquarters in Washington, D.C. He is a command pilot with more than 2,800 hours and oversaw Air Force oprations in Afghanistan, Iraq and Southwest Asia.

Black Hills is a diversified energy company. Revenues are $1 billion.

He has been executive chairman of Bob's Discount Furniture since early 2016, after serving as CEO from 2006 until 2016. He joined the TJX Companies in 1983 and rose to serve as its president and CEO from 2000 to 2005. He is on the board of online retailer Rue La La.

Burlington Stores is a retailer of branded apparel products. Revenues are $5 billion.
