Chris Hinrichs and Autovation Limited appeal from a judgment dismissing their complaint against the DOW Chemical Company d/b/a Dow Automotive. The complaint alleged claims of negligent misrepresentation, intentional misrepresentation, strict responsibility misrepresentation, and violation of WIS. STAT. 100.18 (2015-16).
