AFP 2019 Bridge Conference
The Association of Fundraising Professionals
will hold the 2019 Bridge to Integrated Marketing
and Fundraising Conference July 10–12 in National
Harbor, Md.
According to the AFP, the Bridge Conference is the
premier conference of, by and for fundraising profes-
sionals, offering attendees a comprehensive look at
the latest strategies, techniques and innovations in
direct response marketing and fundraising.
This year, more than 2,500 marketing and fundrais-
ing professionals from around the world and from
every sector of the fundraising industry will gather for
three days of dynamic keynotes, panels, workshops,
networking and more.
Attendees will learn about the latest strategies
and techniques and most current innovations in all
areas of fundraising and marketing related to direct
response; individual giving (major and planned giv-
ing); corporate giving and special events; and more.

Giving Institute 2019 Summer
Symposium
The Giving Institute will hold its annual Summer
Symposium July 11–13 in Seattle.
According to the institute, the symposium was
established with the aim to:

the most important issues facing not-for-prot orga-
nizations in their fundraising endeavors.
Initiate ongoing review and discussion of the

National Urban League Annual
Conference
The National Urban League Annual Conference
will be held July 24–27 in Indianapolis.
According to organizers, the goal of the annual
conference is to arm each participant with real-world
solutions to urban challenges and empower you to be
a change leader in your respective community. To that
end, the conference will bring together the nation’s
leading political, business and community leaders to
convene, share ideas and discover solutions to issues
that have historically plagued underserved urban
communities across the country.
