2019 Tech Forward Conference
Tech Impact will host its 2019 Tech Forward
Conference Sept. 22–24 in New Orleans. Accord-
ing to organizers, Tech Forward creates a forum to
bring a larger conversation to the nonprot sector,
one that looks past methodical day-to-day IT and
toward mission-focused, transformative applications
of technology. The presentations and work sessions
are aimed at elevating the conversation around how
technology can change the way nonprots work as
mission-focused organizations.
The event will feature a host of case studies, C-level
speakers, actionable steps and networking parties that
will focus on four key characteristics of a digitally
transformed organization:

cloud technologies and IT support.

ture and risk management.
Informed. Subtopics include data-driven story-

ADRP 16th Annual International
Conference
The Association of Donor Relations Professionals
will host its 16th Annual International Conference
Sept. 25–27 in Miami.
According to the ADRP, this conference brings
together donor relations and stewardship profes-
sionals from around the world to learn, network and
share with one another their knowledge and expertise
within the donor relations industry. This year’s confer-
ence program combines insightful sessions, compelling

ILA 2019 Annual Conference
The International Literacy Association will hold
its 2019 Annual Conference Oct. 10–13 in New
Orleans.
According to the ILA, attendees will learn how to
break through the challenges of shifting practices,
advocate for all students and make a difference in and
out of the classroom—and leave feeling motivated
and ready to change the quality of instruction in their
school district or community.

Clinton, author and vice chair of the Clinton
Foundation; Pedro A. Noguera, author and professor
of education at the Graduate School of Education
and Information Studies at UCLA; Renée Watson,
author and founder of the I, Too, Arts Collective; and
