In its 2022 NACD Public Company Board Practices and Oversight Survey, the National Association of Corporate Directors explored current boardroom trends and key issues.

The continuing competition for talent leads the way, with 69% of board directors identifying it as a top issue, well ahead of growing inflation, which ranked second at 51%.
