Columbia shopping center sold to Greenville partnership for $3.7M.

A 40,883-square-foot shopping center in Columbia's North Main Street district has sold for $3.7 million to a Greenville-based partnership.

NAI Columbia's Ben Kelly and Patrick Chambers handled the sale of the property at 3900 N. Main St., according to a news release. Kelly said their development team purchased and redeveloped the property before executing the sale, a process which took about a year.

Kelly said the shopping center was bought by 3900 N. Main Partners LLC out of Greenville.

The shopping center will be home to a new 30,000-square-foot O'Reilly Auto Parts "Auto Hub" which will serve Columbia and surrounding markets as an auto parts store, warehouse and distribution center, according to the release.
