PositionHome Pest Control, Rockit Pest of New York

Rockit Pest has acquired Columbia-based Home Pest Control, which has provided services throughout South Carolina for nearly 60 years.

Rockit Pest is a portfolio company of Halle Capital, a New York-based growth equity-focused investment firm.

Curtis M. Loftis Jr., serving his third term as state treasurer of South Carolina after being first elected in 2010, joined HPC in 1981. Currentlypresident and majority shareholder of HPC, will join Rockit Pest's board of directors, according to the release.
