Charleston-based realtor Rob Woodul is the 2023 president of South Carolina Realtors. His term began on Jan.1.

South Carolina Realtors, based in Columbia, has 29,000 members and serves as the voice of real estate statewide, with members involved in all aspects of the residential and commercial real estate industries.

As president. Woodul's goal is to focus on SCR's strategic plan, according to a news release. The plan focuses on advancing the association's communication, advocacy, programming and engagement.

Woodul, a native of Louisiana, has served as broker-in-charge of Carolina One Real Estate's Charleston Central Office since 2009. Prior to that, he was CEO and broker-in-charge of Keller Williams Realty in Charleston and Mount Pleasant.

Woodul's has held many roles in the Charleston Association of Realtors, including president and member of the board of directors.
