§65.3HISTORICAL DEVELOPMENT
CR 65, adopted by the Washington Supreme Court in 1967, is patterned after Fed. R. Civ. P. 65. Before adoption of CR 65, the court rule dealing with injunctions was Rule 66.08W of the Rules of Pleading Practice and Procedure (RPPP).
