§60.3 HISTORICAL DEVELOPMENT
CR 60 was modeled after Fed. R. Civ. P. 60 and was first adopted in 1967. CR 60(a) was amended in 1977 to harmonize the rule with the Rules of Appellate Procedure (RAP) and clarify the trial court's authority to determine postjudgment motions after review is accepted.
