§48.3HISTORICAL DEVELOPMENT
CR 48 was part of the original civil rules adopted by the Supreme Court on May 5,1967, effective July 1,1967. CR 48 adopts verbatim the language used in the original 1934 version of its federal counterpart, Fed. R. Civ. P. 48. Fed. R. Civ. P. 48 has since been amended, while CR 48 has not.
