§48.1INTRODUCTION

This chapter discusses CR 48, as well as Washington constitutional provisions, statutes, and case law governing juries of less than 12 and verdicts rendered by juries of less than 12. This chapter also analyzes the interaction between the Washington Constitution and subsequent state and federal case law, as well as subsequent legislative enactments.
