§ 42.18 • CONSOLIDATION OF SUITS

It is improper to consolidate separate suits of a surviving spouse against his or her stepchildren to set aside conveyances since there was no basis for such action and it permitted the surviving spouse to deprive each child of the testimony of the others.¹²⁴
