HOURLY RATE FEE AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT is made between CLIENT'S NAME, whose address is CLIENT'S ADDRESS referred to as the "Client," and ATTORNEY NAME of the law firm of LAW FIRM NAME at LAW FIRM ADDRESS, CO 80111, subsequently referred to as the "Attorney."

The Client hereby retains Attorney to represent Client to assist the client with DESCRIPTION OF REPRESENTATION. No litigation shall be handled by Attorney except by mutual agreement of Client and Attorney.

The Client shall pay for legal services at the standard hourly rate of $___ per hour for partners of the firm, specifically ATTORNEY NAME, $___ per hour for of counsel attorneys, ATTORNEY NAME, $___ per hour for associate attorneys, ATTORNEY NAME, and $___ per hour for law clerks and paralegals. Client has provided a $___ retainer for the first hours of work, which will be credited against that retainer.

The Client shall be obligated to pay for all court costs, investigation costs, deposition expenses, copying costs, fees charged for extraordinary copying costs, postage, and long-distance telephone charges, if any. Expenses related to providing services shall be included in the monthly bills as additional costs. Billing shall be monthly.

If Client chooses to make payments for services via credit card, by signing this Hourly Rate Fee Agreement, Client is authorizing Attorney to charge their credit card. Attorney will never charge Client's credit card without permission from Client. Attorney will not keep records of Client's credit card information and Client will need to provide their credit card information at the time of payment. Client and Attorney agree that no dispute over fees will be raised with or adjudicated by the credit card company. Client understands that any disputed charge cannot be reversed (refunded to the client) by the credit card company, and that any dispute over fees paid by credit card will be settled with Attorney. Client waives confidentiality if Client disputes payment with a credit card company.

The Client authorizes the Attorney to pay all bills associated with any matter, which are incurred by the Attorney for the Client.

Termination of this agreement may be at any time by written notice by or to the Client. If a court requires permission for withdrawal, the Attorney shall promptly apply for such permission and termination shall coincide with a court order for withdrawal.
