§21.1 INTRODUCTION

CR 21 provides a tool to correct misjoinder or nonjoinder of parties without forcing the dismissal of an action. The rule may be applied at any stage of the litigation upon the motion of any party or on the court's own initiative. The rule also allows severance of any claim against any party in an action.
