§20.1INTRODUCTION

Under CR 20, multiple parties may join or be joined in a single action if they meet certain criteria. Even if the rule's requirements are met, however, the court may, in its discretion, order separate trials or issue orders to prevent delay or other prejudice to any or all of the parties.
