§ 20.10 • APPELLATE ARBITRATION

Parties can agree to have their appeals from an award be to an "appellate" arbitrator.143 However, the effect of such appellate arbitration upon appeals to the district court and thereafter to the appellate court is unclear.144 The AAA has a set of rules specifically for appellate arbitration.
