§19.1INTRODUCTION

This chapter addresses the CR 19 requirement that the courts must join all parties needed for just adjudication if feasible. This chapter analyzes the situations in which joinder is necessary, when joinder is not necessary, and when "just adjudication" (complete relief) is prevented by the absence of certain parties.
