Richard W. Oehler is a partner in the Seattle office of Perkins Coie LLP. In addition to handling Freedom of Information Act and Public Records Act matters, he handles economic sanctions, national security, export control, and government contract matters and related government and internal investigations. Mr. Oehler was counsel for The Boeing Company in the PRA case, Evergreen Freedom Foundation v. Locke, 127 Wn.App. 243, 110 P.3d 858 (2005). He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Harvard Law School. Prior to joining Perkins Coie in 1987, he was with the U.S. Department of Justice.

James F Williams is managing partner and firm wide chair of the business litigation practice in the Seattle office of Perkins Coie LLP. He handles breach of contract, fraud, product liability, corporate plaintiff asset recovery, consultant liability, consumer protection and unfair business practices, trade secrets, bankruptcy court adversary actions, Washington Public Records Act, and federal and state agency litigation. After graduating from The Citadel and University of Virginia School of Law, Mr. Williams served as a captain in the Judge Advocate General's Corps of the U.S. Air Force. He is an elected member to the American Law Institute's Restatement of the Law Third, Conflict of Laws project, has been a long-serving member for Washington in the ABA House of Delegates, and was elected by Washington State American Bar Association members as the state delegate to the House of Delegates. Mr. Williams has been named one of the "Top 100 Super Lawyers" in Washington by Super Lawyers® Magazine.

Jay L. Griffiths is an attorney at Google Inc. Mr. Griffiths is a graduate of the University of Washington and the George Washington University Law School. His areas of practice include export compliance, federal and state government contract issues, and government investigations.
