Note: C.R.C.P. 32 is the primary rule governing the use of depositions. F.R.C.P. 32 is substantially similar to C.R.C.P. 32. The Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, including Rule 32 governing the use of depositions at trial, were amended in their entirety effective December 1, 2007. The substance of the text of Rule 32 is substantially the same, but the text was modified and reorganized.
