The hiring of full-time accounting and finance professionals in central Ohio is expected to increase in the fourth quarter of 2006, according to Robert Half International's Financial Hiring Index.

Survey findings include:

* 8% of CFOs plan to add staff during the quarter

* 2% anticipate reductions in personnel

* The net 6% increase is up two points from the third-quarter 2006 forecast and two points above the national average
