The Ohio Society staff has learned that CPA firms are receiving telephone requests for firm information from individuals claiming to be from The Ohio Society of CPAs or the AICPA.
The callers are requesting lists of firm employees. One caller identified herself as Anna Sullivan.
The Ohio Society is NOT conducting any update of this type, nor would a request such as this be made from a telephone survey. Members are advised to be aware of such calls and to make their staffs aware of them. Should you receive any calls of this nature, please notify Laura Hay at The Ohio...
