NOTICE OF SELECTION OF MEDIATOR AND SCHEDULED MEDIATION

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that mediation has been scheduled in the above-referenced case, and as grounds therefore would show:

1. On May 21, 2015, this Court entered its Order Granting Ore Tenus Motion to Direct Parties to Mediation [DE 58] ("Mediation Order").

2. Pursuant to paragraph 3 of the Mediation Order, the parties conferred and have mutually selected Roy S Kobert as their designated neutral Mediator.

3. The Mediation Order set a deadline of July 17, 2015 to complete mediation. Pursuant to paragraph 4 of the Mediation Order, the parties have agreed to mediate at the Orlando offices of GrayRobinson, P.A., 301 East Pine Street, Suite 1400, Orlando, FL 32801 to begin on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. (EST) and continuing on Thursday, July 2, 2015.

4. By his signature below, Roy S. Kobert acknowledges that he has read the Mediation Order and shall comply with the requirements set forth in paragraph 7.
