AFA Financial and Board Meeting Summaries: The AFA Board of Direc-

tors has voted to publish a Board Meeting Summary to increase transparency

of AFA governance and decisions made by the Board. Recent Board Meeting

Summaries as well as AFA Financial Statements are posted on the AFA website

(www.afajof.org). We hope that this additional communication is informative

and we welcome your feedback.

AFA Annual Meeting Programs: The AFA 2020 Annual Meeting will be

held January 3–5, 2020 (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday) in San Diego, California:

ASSA Headquarters will be the San Diego Marriott Marquis & Marina and the

AFAhotel will be the Manchester Grand Hyatt. Registration and Housing infor-

mation will be available on the AEA website in mid-August and other meeting

information is available now at https://www.aeaweb.org/conference/. Attendees

must go through the official housing company to get the convention rates.
