2017 Election Results: Peter DeMarzo was elected President, David Hir-

shleifer was elected President-Elect and 2019 Program Chair, and Kenneth

Singleton was elected Vice President. In addition, Pierre Collin-Dufresne, Mara

Faccio, and Itay Goldstein were elected as Directors.

AFA Financial and Board Meeting Summaries: The AFA Board of Direc-

tors has voted to publish a Board Meeting Summary to increase transparency

of AFA governance and decisions made by the Board. Recent Board Meeting

Summaries as well as AFA Financial Statements are posted on the AFA website

(www.afajof.org). We hope that this additional communication is informative

and we welcome your feedback.

AFA Annual Meeting Programs: AFA Annual Meeting Programs since 1950

are included in the set of all ASSA Programs available at the American Eco-

nomics Association website (http://www.aeaweb.org/Annual Meeting/assa pro-

grams/). Digitizing of the older programs was a joint effort of the AFA and the

AEA.
