2015 Election Results: Campbell Harvey was elected President, David

Scharfstein was elected President-Elect and 2017 Program Chair, and Peter

DeMarzo was elected Vice President. In addition, Xavier Gabaix, Arvind Kr-

ishnamurthy, and Lubos Pastor were elected as Directors.

New JF Editorial Team Selected: The AFA Board of Directors is pleased to

announce the selection of the new Journal of Finance editorial team of Editor

Stefan Nagel and Co-Editors Philip Bond, Amit Seru, and Wei Xiong. The JF

has been extremely fortunate to have had Ken Singleton, Bruno Biais, and

Michael Roberts as editors, whose term ends in June 2016. We thank the out-

going editorial team and congratulate the new team on their selection. The AFA

also thanks the JF Editor Search Committee for their careful and discerning

deliberations. The members of the search committee are Patrick Bolton (Chair),

Francesca Cornelli, Darrel Duffie, Campbell Harvey, and David Hirshleifer.

2015 AFA Financial and Board Meeting Summaries: The AFA Board of

Directors has voted to publish a Board Meeting Summary to increase trans-

parency of AFA governance and decisions made by the Board. The Board Meet-

ing Summaries from January 3 and June 20, 2015 are now available on the AFA

website (www.afajof.org). The financial statements for September 30, 2014 are

also posted on the AFA website. We hope that this additional communication

is informative and we welcome your feedback.

AFA Annual Meeting Programs: AFA Annual Meeting Programs since 1950

are included in the set of all ASSA Programs available at the American Eco-

nomics Association website (http://www.aeaweb.org/Annual Meeting/assa pro-

grams/). Digitizing of the older programs was a joint effort of the AFA and the

AEA.
