Jack F. Williams is a tenured full professor at Georgia State University College of Law and the Center for Middle East Studies in Atlanta. He is also a principal in the Restructuring, Disputes & Valuation Advisory Services Group with Baker Tilly Virchow and Krause, LLP. His areas of interest include bankruptcy and business reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, business valuations in dispute, forensic accounting, commercial law and damages models, corporate finance, capital markets, fraud and anti-corruption, Islamic banking and finance, taxation, public finance, and law and statistics.

Prof. Williams is a member of the boards of advisors of the St. John's University School of Law LL.M. Program in Bankruptcy and of the ABI Law Review. He is also the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors Scholar in Residence and served as the inaugural Robert M. Zinman ABI Scholar in Residence in 2001, returing to that post in 2008. In 2009, ABI presented Prof. Williams with its Annual Service Award, which honors an ABI member whose contributions over the past year have been extraordinary. He is a Fellow in both the American College of Bankruptcy and the Bankruptcy Policy Institute at St. John's University School of Law.

Prof. Williams received his B.A. in economics from the University of Oklahoma, his J.D. with high honors from the George Washington University National Law Center, and his Ph.D. in archaeology from the University of Leicester. He presently serves on the board of the Department of Human Services for the State of Georgia.

Susan H. Seabury is a principal and Forensic, Litigation, and Valuation Services general counsel at Baker Tilly Virchow and Krause, LLP in Atlanta. She has a B.A. in economics from Vanderbilt University, an M.B.A. from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University, and a J.D. cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law. Ms. Seabury is a member of the Georgia Bar, several Federal Bars, the Atlanta Bar, ABI, the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors and the International Women in Restructuring Confederation.
