Following-up on the November decision to restrict automobile liability coverage under corporate insurance policies, the Ohio Supreme Court voted 4-3 to reverse appeals court decisions from Stark and Clermont counties dealing with related cases. The dismissals reassert the court's current holding that a corporate motor vehicle policy provides coverage to company employees only for crash injuries they sustain in the course and scope of their employment.
