Randy Freking is a founder of Freking & Betz, the

largest firm in the Midwest devoted almost exclu-

sively to the rights of employees, whether they are

minimum wage workers or high-level executives.

He is a frequent lecturer on employment law and

has successfully represented many employees in

state and federal courts in Ohio and Kentucky,

securing several million dollars in awards. He is

chair of the Cincinnati Employment Lawyers As-

sociation. He has been included in every edition of

Best Lawyers in America since 1994, has received

“Super Lawyer” designations since its inception,

and has been named the top labor/employment

lawyer in Cincinnati several times by local media.

He was an adjunct professor on Employment and

Labor Law at the University of Cincinnati and

contributing editor for several BNA publications.

He is author of The Real Employee Handbook. He

is a graduate of the Ohio State University College

of Law.
