We join together to celebrate and honor the exemplary accomplishments of this year's Hall of Fame inductees--Robert T. Blakely, former CFO, WorldCom; Gaylen N. Larsen former chair, COSO; and Robert L. Ryan former CFO, Medtronic.

Over the years, Microsoft has helped to improve individuals and organizations realize their potential with technology. Our goal was to put a PC on every desk and in every home. We've come farther than we could have imagined, but that doesn't mean we're stopping there.

Personal technology has developed from an idea to an everyday experience, reaching and connecting billions of people. With the recent growth in broadband and mobile Internet, the use of technology has fundamentally changed. In recognizing this shift, we've set out to deliver a family of devices and services that best empower people for the activities they value most and the enterprise extensions and services that are most valuable to business. We will focus on reinventing experiences like creating or viewing a document and what it means to communicate socially at home or in meetings at work. We want our customers to be able to do more and play harder.
