Jason Abraham of Hupy and Abraham has won a $1.25 million jury verdict in a car crash that injured one driver and killed another.
The plaintiff suffered a fracture of the left tibia and fibia (surgery and hardware), compound fracture to upper left leg and left humerus fracture requiring surgery. She also suffered a fracture to right foot requiring surgery, a fracture of the right femur, nine fractured ribs and a fractured right wrist resulting in$931,883.38 in medical bills.
