You are not the father: The need to terminate

the parental rights of rapists to protect victims

and children

In O'Dea, C. [1], the error was published on page 592 of the article You Are Not the Father: The Need to Terminate the

Parental Rights of Rapists to Protect Victims and Children in volume 59, issue 3, references an article by Jennifer

S. Hendricks as taking the view that genetic fathers should always have parental rights to their children if they wish

to be involved in raising the child. The Hendricks article does not, however, make that claim. To the contrary,

as indicated later in You Are Not the Father, the Hendricks article argues that fathers should not have parental rights

on the basis of genes alone.
