Your article, "Business in the Fast Lane" (October), was both fun and informative. However, with all due respect, you missed one - the 35th anniversary of Boulder-based Communication Arts Inc., the multi-disciplinary design firm that's done much to remake the relationship between Colorado's people and the places where they shop, live and work.

Henry G. Beer and Richard Foy, both veterans of the office of Charles and Ray Fames, founded CommArts in 1973 on Beauty + Meaning + Connection, the theory that good design incorporates the social context, culture and ethos of its users.
