XML Global Technologies Inc., an XML middleware company, and iWay Software, an Information Builders company that accelerates e-business integration, have signed a comprehensive re-seller and bundling agreement. Under this agreement, iWay Software will market and resell XML Global's products, including GoXML[TM] Registry, Message Services, DB and Web Services.
