This final installment of a three-part series of "Writing Matters" addresses the effective use of graphics and visual aids in persuasive legal writing.
The aim of this series has been threefold. The first was to encourage you to incorporate visual content into your writing. Visual evidence is commonly used but creating demonstrative evidence or enhancing the use of actual evidence can complement and amplify the persuasiveness of your legal writing. The second installment described the tools in Microsoft Word that allow you to do so and provided practical tips on how to effectively incorporate visual content into your writing.
